Cantine Lento: Tenuta Galati, Amato (CZ)

The Galati Estate’s plots have been destined to the most prestigious autochthonous varieties – Magliocco; Greco, Malvasia – and some of the most important international ones – Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay. For both varieties, national and international, the vines are cordon spur trained. The subsoil characteristics, the vineyards’ southern exposure, an excellent temperature range between day and night, and the location in a natural amphitheater, allow the best conditions in order to obtain a perfect ripening of grapes and so wine characterized by great character and personality.
